Property owners, contractors and their agents can all use Public Login by creating their own "Public Login" user credentials.
Once you have created your own "Public Login" user credentials you can log into the portal with said credentials and apply for permits and projects.
"Contractor Login" user credentials at this time have the same rights as "Public Login" user credentials. Contractors looking to login to the portal quickly are advised to create their own PUBLIC user credentials above.
In order to receive a contractor login, you must submit a request including your company name, first and last name of the contact person, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address you'd like associated with the account to Kenosha County Planning and Development.
